Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies INGREDIENTS

• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 1 1/2 c. butter
• 4 eggs
• 4 c. flour
• 6 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tsp. soda
• 2 tsp. salt
• 4 c. oatmeal
• Coconut
• 1 lg. bag chocolate chips

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon small spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes...Enjoy it the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies !
